Here it is, as promised.Yes, I have a tablet. Yes, this should work with any version of Photoshop even though I used 7. Yes, I did it totally on the computer, but you can scan a sketch/ink and apply the same methods.
I think that covers everything...but probably not.

Yes, Photoshop costs money and it's pretty expensive. You can download it for free though if you don't mind pirating.

Well there is another simular program to phtoshop for free its called GIMP but its kinda harder as I heard

Well i've never used GIMP I just heard its like photoshop but ahrder (Photoshop is hard anyways)

And yes, you can do anything with a mouse as if with a tablet as long as you practice the mouse.

Hmmm I haven't tried it but I read it and I'm wondering... what's the significance of (if you're drawing on paper to begin with) drawing the lineart in photoshop? O-o
Especially if you're me and you don't have a tablet and colouring in photoshop is risky business because of bad wrists anyways?

There's no significance really, just preference. It's sometimes easier to ink something on the computer because you can totally redo or alter it if it looks bad or you mess up. With pen and paper, once you've put the line down it's down for good (since white out makes things worse). You really should do it with a tablet though, it's near impossible with a mouse.

how do you turn on the pressure pen, i did it on photoshop and i checked pen pressure in the brushes palette, but it still wont work

It should be automatic. If your pen doesn't have pressure sensitivity, check your tablet settings in the control panel of your computer.

i finall learn how to cel shade. btw i didnt quite understand page 8 where you said lock the layer with the lineart then select a darker color for the darkest shade in the section the lineart is bordering. next you said color it. do i make a new layer? do i select the lineart?

Do they have painter for Mac? ;o; I like the way you ink. The pen-tool in PS is weird o_o; I always just use paintbrush since I hate fighting with the anchor points.
