"A Polly in the hand is worth a thousand Pirate of the Year Awards."Polly, here is hand sculpted with Sculpy Primo and painted with various acrylics. She's about two inches tall and now has a happy seat in front of my monitor. Was watching 'Pirates' the other day and wishing they made toys. So I made one myself.

Good guess. She IS a dodo. In fact the movie she's from (The Pirates: Band of Misfits) pretty much revolves around the revelation that the Pirate Captain's 'fat parrot' is actually the last living dodo.

Apparently in England there were toys from The Pirates in Happy Meals!! That's so not fair. McDonald's would have gotten some serious business from me if they had done that over here!
