Probably my favourite vehicle Derek Meddings and his team ever designed, itβs such a sight to behold.

The one thing that riled me most about the Gerry Anderson approach to aircraft was the reduction of available wing surface at critical flight stages (take-off and landing) that both the Zero-X and the Fireflash designs shared, with the podded landing gear and down-swivelling wingtips.
But other than that - swééééét stuff!
