It's hard to describe. I use a toothpick or a needle and pick at the clay until it looks like cake. Then I add some air bubble holes and fluff it up some more.

Thank you, but it's pretty hard and surprisingly heavy so I wouldn't recommend it. However, I just gave it a lick for you and I can report that it tastes nothing like cake.
