Black Templars are SO much cooler than the Grey Knights. Over 6000 strong and crusading heretics into dust all over the galaxy! And they don't even need a single psyker to do it.

Well no combat psykers anyway. They still use astropaths and navigators. Oh and they also respect the Grey Knights greatly enough that they will allow GKs to fight with them. Still, got to love the Black Templars. They've been defying The Inquisition for centuries and getting away with it. That takes some serious guts.

The Terminator Honours shield on his left shoulder is one of my personal favorites, and something that I have been doing for my own Templars as well.
Great job on the free hand for the banner.

this is amazing! i have been thinking about redoing my Marshall and this has pushed me over the edge for doing it. my crusade would be honored to fight along side with him! 7 years and 9000pts of black templar later we are still caring the Imperium's torch to destroy the shadows with it! amazing work!

Hey, man, a marvellous work. I play only Warhammer, but if someday I began with 40k that will be as a Black Templar, so, you know, I love these guyis, and that chappie here is a very great indeed. And a terrific banner.

I was originally put off of fielding a Black Templars army because they have to be painted with the base colour of black, but now from what I heard it turns out it is the easiest colour to paint an army with. I also like their mythos a great deal more than most of the other chapters.

So much of your paint work is great it was really hard to choose a favourite from your gallery.

its hard to explain hey, sometimes i stencil them out on the undercoat with a pencil and colour it in, other times i just paint them on..... i can visulize them in my head and transferral onto the actual model just flows out of the paint brush!!
