Yeah, exactly. The journals are now been blocked by DA. Only the people who have it installed in their pages before the blocking happened have the journals displayed.

Currently, there is another workaround to that.

Follow these steps:

1) Upload a literature deviation
2) Goto edit it
3) Then using sta.sh writer apply a journal skin
4) Now you can get the lit deviation displayed in your featured deviation and the journal skin applied will work normally

Hello again,
I read that journals cannot go in the featured deviation widget anymore. Only literature.

So instead make a journal, now you should put a journal skin in a literature through Stash.

Hope this helps who is trying this.

Oh no, I'm talking about that no longer journal is allowed in featured widget.  

Someone opened a ticket and DA confirmed that. 

(But who already have it there, is ok -apparently)

I was able to put it in my profile 'cause I submited a literature with a journal skin. It appeared immediately in the widget.

The one that I send to journal (one month ago), until today doesn't show even with the search. 

That could be why many people has problem to do this.

Apparently, I believe that DA has restricted journals to be put in the featured deviation widget.

I just tried to install a new one and get a journal in it but no journals are showing up in the window (even with the search)

I have to decease this tut if it is confirmed then.

finaly the damn thing appeared in my featured deviation widget

but one small problem

when i code the custom box background in the widget, the journal itself dissapears and only the background appears.

You need to use the z-index property to keep the journal body stack top of the custom bg. I have mentioned about this in the tutorial I believe.

I tried to select my journal as the features deviation, but there were only my pictures and not the journal displayed.
I have checked that it's not "personal" and it is not. 

What coud went wrong?

Sometimes it just takes little time to show up. Also, try searching your journal in the search box.
