Wheeeeeee another tutorialENGLISH SAI: [link]
Official Website: [link]
SAI costs approximately $56 USD (5250 Japanese Yen) for a license. Trials last 31 days. Check the exchange rates on your currency - they change daily so it can fluctuate up and down.
[link] <- Custom Brush Suppliment Tutorial. Has all my brush settings.
===========================================
NOTE: This deviation is a little outdated. You can now download "DarlingMionette's SAI Resources" at the bottom of the Custom Brush Supplement.
It is a .zip file of all my brush settings, textures, blank do-it-yourself resources, instructions for creating custom content, and associated start-sai.exe file that lets you register these files to your SAI without editing the .conf files manually :3 All in one convenient place. All of my current brush settings have been updated to match the files in the .zip file, and contain image examples for each. Be sure to read the README's! If you like it, then drop me a +fav on this deviation

As it says in the description, the custom brushes shown in the picture are horribly out dated - you can find all of my brushes I still have settings to in the Custom Brush Supplement linked in the description :3 It includes all of the required files and screencaps of the settings.

O_o ok so I followed what you said to do and opened it accordingly with the start-SAI but I have no idea where my 'new' brushes are. I just downloaded and got this program today so I am extremely confused. @_@ please, and help would be appreciated. Thank you.

watch the video tutorial linked in the description - you have to create the brushes manually

I was frustrated when I couldn't even get the do-it-yourself file even with the latest version from the Japanese site. Still I reinstalled the program I got from [link] it didn't have the file even after the re installations. :/ I went to the link you provided [link] which had the fan-made version of Sai. And there it was the do-it-youself folder. Is the fan-made version safe? I know it's better but does it have "back door"/port access to your PC? I'm a little paranoid when people mess around with original programs that was provided from the official site.
Oh and one more thing I sorta wanted to know. Why is it that you don't have a license file in your Sai folder? I see everthing but the sai-xxxxxxxxx.slc file which is the license file they provided when you buy the program. Are you still using the trial ver?
Well anyways thanks for the tutorial ^- ^V

you can find the "lead" brush in my custom brush supplement - the settings are identical, just use on a smaller size :3 (instead of 9 use 4)

hello, thanks for the brushes!
but when you said move all the mentioned folder, do i need to replace it or what? ' 3 ';;
im kinda confused there = v =;;
thank you!

DarlingMionette In reply to VlRU5 [2012-05-19 17:39:39 +0000 UTC]
you're very welcome
when you drag the folders over it should ask you if you want to merge them. if it doesnt, open the folders and drag and drop just the files. if it asks to replace something, it's probably because there's some default textures in there... replace them or don't replace them, it won't matter XD

the only way that's possible is if you didn't install something right XD make sure the start-sai.exe is in the main sai directory (the same folder as sai.exe) otherwise it won't work XD

DarlingMionette In reply to Angels-little-helper [2012-04-25 00:50:39 +0000 UTC]
it's just pressure related ^^ since you have a tablet it should be automatic. if it isn't working that way check your Others->Options->Digitizer Support options in SAI. It may be that it's not picking up your tablet correctly.

it's built into windows XD but you can also use 7zip - it's free and opens most types of packed files (rar, zip, 7zip etc)
