Description
Probably one of the wierdest pages of the comic. What can I say, I'm an experimental artist at heart! It was annoying to storyboard this page, because the physical action is very simple, Sarin cuts a rope, tries to stop her hand, which seems to be moving on it's own, but the rope snaps anyway. Then add the thought processes to try to explain that to the reader and you have a headache masquerading as a blank piece of paper waiting to be comicked upon.Personally I think this page isn't bad, but it's kind of meh. Not as good as the page before it. But still, at least the readers will be going 'what the...?' ^_^

You've got a really nice sense of tension and pacing in this page. And your backgrounds are very engaging. Try to stay away from cropping or creating tangents at the chin, though (2nd panel). I've found that a closeup of a face is more emotionally engaging to the reader if it is cropped towards the top of the head first, and then the chin later if you'd like to zoom in even closer.

Ah! Thanks for the advice! I don't get enough comments like this! I'm trying to improve the comic, and I get either just people saying they like it or stupid nitpicky things like 'I don't like the way you draw trees', you're one of the first people to post proper advice that sounds like you really know that you're talking about, so thanks very much! You made my morning!

I think this is a good page. o.o The backgrounds give one the floaty out of body feeling that one who isn't controlling their body will feel. I've had days where I feel outside of my body and this page mimics it well. Good mood settings. :3

Thanks! I saw the page as it was with white BGs and thought 'nothing I can do with my markers will really make this feel quite wierd and detatched enough'. So I went abstract ^_^
