Chapter 4!
CRY FOR THE MOON! (extreme kudos to you if you get the reference and are laughing your arse off now).
This is attempt eight or so for the chapter 4 cover. I knew I wanted something with Rocket and Juliet, because they're prominent in this chapter, and because all the other covers have had Rekki on them, and I wanted to do somebody else. I decided that I should trace back to the bold, retro cover of chapter 1 for how the text is displayed. It seems that violent orange and white have become sort of signiture colours for the comic.
As usual, this was drawn with pencil on paper, inked with fine liners. An advantage to drawing on paper is that when I want to draw at an angle, I can turn my drawing board around! I'd hate to even attempt a cover like this if I drew on the computer, or on a fixed board! The colour was, of course, CG. It helps distinguish the covers from the marker-worked pages. The next chapter, like the last two pages of the previous chapter, will be in colour.
