Well, now you know why I'm such a pedant about little details like Rekki's bracelet. There is almost never a detail on a character I create that is there for no reason. The precise colour of Rekki's hair...Juliet's bodysuit, FORTRESS' armour...pretty much everything is significant somehow!
The dialogue was a lot of fun to write here. Firstly because there's some really sweet stuff between Rekki and Sarin, and then because Rekki's punchline just....well, hahahahahaha.
'Trousers' is a unisex word in England, and can even mean 'jeans'. Had I had Rekki say 'pants' it could have meant, in british english, that she isn't wearing underwear...which if you consider she's only wearing a t-shirt right now....errrrr....yeah.
