Kite is the heroine of 'Looking for the Sun'. She's a kind of dimension-hopping mage girl, I guess. She's practical, smart, just a little mysterious and generally awesome.

I read it all online. I have the first volume, I'd like the buy the rest, it's nicer to read it on paper. It's a really nice series.
