Description
My tools:Photoshop CS4
Wacom Tablet
Mouse
As far as I know this technique works for Gimp and Sai as well, but as I don't own these programs... well, I don't give guarantee on that.
What I can guarantee is that it works without a tablet as well, though it will make your life 10x easier (I use this technique with a mouse often too, so YES it does work.)
I'm open for questions concerning this tutorial but if you want to know more about how the different functions here work, please go and search for another tutorial here on DA!! There are tons of them.
And if you have advice of how I can make my tutorials better or more informative, feel free to tell me~

Gradient tool is a bit tricky in Gimp, but maybe it is just me. Hm...I think you just reminded me a new way I could do in my drawing...! Might give it a try and see if it works, thanks for the tutorial!

Probably. I never tried it out myself but some other artists using gimp said they tried it out and it worked for them.
