Its the first video tut I've ever followed and It was so much easier to follow than a regular text based tutorial

I love that Kickass word. At the end you were like go check out his they are really super kickass!!! lol. Nice tutorial though, just like another person said good way to be creative when you aren't in the creative mood, lol!! Nice though

Cool. I amin Manchester in the Northwest of the uk. We where promised snow, but it never appeared.. Gutted, got some good hills near us, (the pennines). From the midlands southwards have had a good covering, schools shut etc, damn lucky kids..!

BTW - I don't do the ctrl-click anymore to do the gradient - I lock the pixels...makes a much nicer curve

Yeah - it used to drive me crazy. It seemed that if it thought the font was an irregular size it would do - though I couldn't get it to happen all the time. I accidentally clicked the lock pixels dealio one day and that was that...
