Description
Tried some different new things here. Used a cloud texture to make the planets better and also tried to put in a comet. Didn't put a lot of color in so it doesn't draw the attention away from the sun/star. well, have fun and as always comments and favs are appreciated.Related content

The star looks like it is front of the planet, and very close. That will be an unpleasant sunday sunrise.

This is BLOODY FANTASTIC!!!!!! I think that this probably IS your best piece to date due to the extraordinary planet textures used and the whole composition of everything. I love the asteroid (although I kind of agree with psamtik that it wouldn't actually curve around in real life), I love the planet rings and I love the title.
One minor thing that's slightly distracting in this piece however is the blue brushing at the top although this is barely visible anyway. Overall it's brilliant (breath-taking in fact) and if there was a print available I'd buy it (well actually...I wouldn't seeing as the postage to England is about $70 for a large print - but...you know).
10/10

I really like this piece, the one thing that bugs me about it is the ring system - it doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the piece.
Still, nice work.

Very nice textures. B/W comes of suprisingly well for a space scene. The only problem I can see is that the comet tail is a little to well-defined around the edges, and to be utterly banal comets don't leave trails of rock: just frozen ice vapour.
