Description
I've decided to take a shot at fixing some small bugs found in the previous version I translated.You can now edit Joints!

So quick question again, my computer is 32-bit operating system x64-based processor and Windows 10. It doesn't matters which one I download nothing happens! And I have friends who's have 32-bit Windows 10 computer like me but it works for them! Can I get some help please? ;-;

Did you unblock the file before extracting the archive?
Right Click > Properties > Unblock > Apply.
Then delete the program's folder and files that you extracted before. Uninstall if you need to. Then extract the archive again. Reinstall if you need to.
Redownloading a fresh copy of the compressed archive is never a bad idea. Sometimes files can get damaged and/or corrupted during the download if your internet or connection to the source you're downloading from isn't stable. Simply redownloading the file on a stable connection will almost always fix this. Just be sure to uninstall if needed, delete the old folder, and unblock the new one before extracting the archive.
I would also highly recommend using either WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the archive. Windows lacks the optimization to extract archives reliably without damaging or corrupting files in them.

uhm..if you're still interested in getting into mmd and worried about the virus, you could use virus total to check if it contains anything along the lines of "malware.gen" and it doesn't, but you can check here www.virustotal.com/

I think for Widnodws 8.1 you need to download a 64-bit

Oh. Let me explain for you ^_^
You see, all OSes have either a 32-bit or 64-bit version.
All modern computers have 64-bit processors, however these 32-bit versions stay around for:
>The ability for older computers (with legacy 32-bit processors) to run, or
>Compatibility issues with some apps.
In this case, my Windows 8.1 is of the latter category.
