I just used the Free Transform (Ctrl + T) tool and did a lot of experimenting with that. Holding down the Ctrl key while using that also helped me get the shape just right. :3

Its gorgeous as all of them are 
I feel like to color of the mane and tail is a little too yellow though. For me, it just doesn't match the horse well.
