Description
A character sheet of Sunset Shimmer, that is, the Human counterpart to the Equestrian Pony Sunset Shimmer, or Human Shimmer as she is nicknamed for distinction, as they appear in my Equestria Girls fan-fiction series I am working on. It's still a work in progress and is subject to changes and revision, and I will be releasing bits and peices of information with each entry before I move onto the real thing. You can read more about what I have so far by following the links listed at the bottom of the image description, and it's recommended to read them in order. They are members of a secret global organization known as the Technological Consortium, which has been safeguarding Humanity from various magical, supernatural and technological threats for centuries.
THE FAN-SERIES
I am in the process of writing a road-map and world building for a fan-fiction series of Equestria Girls. Basically, I am writing it like a television series which acts as a sequel to where the original left off, made-up of 2 series', comprised of 5 seasons each, and each season consisting of at least 26 episodes, with a movie serving as the finale. It will be written in the style and tone of the actual show. It's basically what I would do if I was the writer for the actual Equestria Girls series. I do not actually plan on writing full episodes, as that would take too much time and effort, but I may produce a few scripts for some episodes. Instead I write my fan-series in an episodic, synopsis style which details events.
BACKSTORY
Human Shimmer is an orphan, along with Sour Sweet, Indigo Zap and Starlight Glimmer, and the four of them grew up together at the same orphanage, becoming best Friends and forming an unbreakable bond. They are more than Friends, they are like family. The orphanage they were raised in was aquired by the Consortium and they were selected for adoption when they all showed qualities the Consortium was interested in. They were all enrolled at Crystal Prep Academy to receive education and some training, and later inducted into the Consortium in their early teens and trained in-full.
PERSONALITY
Human Shimmer is almost humourless, she is dead serious all the time and is dedicated to her job and safeguarding Humanity. She often comes off as ruthless, malicious and vengeful, particularly towards those who upset the order that the Technological Consortium has established, especially the chaotic and unpredictable supernatural beings that threaten her world.
She also has a Genius level intelligence, and the Consortium respects intelligence, and is proud of her strong mind. She gets along extremely well with fellow intellectuals as long as they are not beholden to arrogance and a high and mighty attitude about their intelligence.
She is still in meanie mode, similar to how Sunset Shimmer was in the original Equestria Girls movie, but more serious and with a "stick up her butt" professional attitude regarding her job. She is prone to insulting the Rainbooms and their friends when they meet.
Meanie Shimmer for comparison.

youtu.be/n4OmpX1V4do?t=27
Human Shimmer being in meanie mode will offer a contrast between her and the reformed Equestrian Shimmer.
CASUAL ATTIRE
Human Shimmer's preferred style of dress when off-duty. Cool but with a touch of sophistication.
BASE UNIFORM
The standard uniform of Consortium members when stationed within one of their bases.
OPERATIONS
Operatives typically wear something like this when on a mission that does not involve being in disguise or hiding in plain sight. The insignia on the right arm signifies the operatives speciality and role, in Human Shimmer's case, she is a Technologist, and is adept with electronic devices, particularly ones for reconnaissance and information gathering.
CLASS: TECHNOLOGIST
The role of Technologist revolves around inventing, constructing and/or maintaining highly sophisticated devices, and one is typically included in teams of operatives to maintain their gadgets and operate and maintain a communications network if they need one. They are also responsible for programming and maintaining computer systems. They often find themselves working with the Engineer class of operative.
VIRTUE: DUTY
In Season 4, 10 members of the Consortium gain "Virtues", which are the Consortium's versions of the Elements of Harmony, which they will use to help the Rainbooms defeat a powerful Enemy at the end of Season 4. Sunset's Virtue is Duty, granting her magical power derived from her strong sense of duty and desire to do put aside her own feelings and desires to do what she thinks is best for the many rather than the few.
IN THE FAN-SERIES
Human Shimmer is one of the most important characters in the series, perhaps the secondary main character next to the Equestrian Sunset Shimmer herself. In general though, typical Human Shimmer appearances involve her antagonizing the Rainbooms in some way, delivering warnings or threats to them on behalf of her organization, sometimes working alongside them on an investigation or to combat some threat, or going on missions with her team.
There are also slice of life episodes scattered here and there, both for her civilian life and her work-life within the Consortium. The Rainbooms initially assume Human Shimmer is evil, but when finally confronted for the season 1 finale, they learn she and the organization she belongs to are genuinely concerned about the safety of the Human race and are not even malicious, they just want to protect people from the dangers of magic and the supernatural. They are antagonists, not true villains, and the Rainbooms will have to watch their step to avoid their wrath.
Season 1
Human Shimmer serves as the mysterious antagonist of Season 1, a shadowy conspirator working behind the scenes to monitor and sometimes hinder the Rainbooms as they try to investigate magical and supernatural mysteries. As the Rainbooms continue to interrupt the Consortium's own investigations, they slowly end up positioning themselves in the cross-hairs of a shadowy organization - The Technological Consortium.
She occasionally makes herself known to the Rainbooms, giving them warnings to leave or to stop meddling in things that don't concern them, but they can never quite get a good look at her because she hides her appearance in one way or another, a black silhouette on a screen, a voice over a radio, a coat-wearing and indistinct figure in the distance or a mask wearing agent, but something about her always seems familiar to them. Her identity is finally revealed in the 2-part Season 1 finale where she, along with Bon Bon, Sunny Flare, Sour Sweet, Indigo Zap and Moon Dancer, are revealed to be members of a secret organization known as the Technological Consortium, and Human Shimmer a member of a team of Agents known as Team Flare, who are bent on putting a stop to the Rainbooms meddling by launching a raid on Princess Twilight's castle as the season 1 finale in an attempt to destroy the Equestrian Portal.
Season 2
As of Season 2 and onwards, the Rainbooms are now aware of the Technological Consortium and they try to tread more carefully from then on, and sometimes ask the Consortium for help, going to Bon Bon to pass on their requests, this leads to Team Flare working with the Rainbooms from time to time, which really bothers Human Shimmer. Human Shimmer is much more open about confronting and antagonizing the Rainbooms from this point onwards, even confronting them in the streets.
Additionally, Human Shimmer, along with Sour Sweet, Sunny Flare and Indigo Zap, petition their superiors to have Lemon Zest and Sugarcoat tested for membership into the Consortium, including an episode about Human Shimmer and Sour Sweet trying to split up a friendship between Lemon Zest and Pinkie Pie..
Season 4
In Season 4, the 4 season-long storyline about the dimensional barriers between the Human world and the Spirit Realm breaking down reaches its culmination. At the end of the season, Human Shimmer and 9 other Consortium Agents, including Team Flare, gain elements, called Virtues in the Consortium, granting them magical transformations and powers which they use to help the Rainbooms defeat the final enemy of that storyline.
Season 5
Season 5 will be what I call the "World Tour" season. At the conclusion of the Season 4 multi-part premier, the Rainbooms will finally do something to anger the Consortium to such a degree they attempt to arrest them. The Rainbooms then go on the run and travel the world as they try to fix their mistake and find a way to make peace with the Consortium. For more information on this event, see the Dazzlings entry. All the while, Human Shimmer and her Associates will be turning up from time to time to try and arrest the Rainbooms, typically ending in failure.
Eventually however, the Consortium will have to team up with the Rainbooms and Equestria to overcome the machinations of the final Enemy of Series 1, a being referred for now as The Lord of Darkness, who will threaten the entire Human world and Equestria. Coming together for this confrontation will cause the Consortium to finally forgive the Rainbooms, and they will become Allies therafter, moving into Series 2.
Season 6+(Series 1)
Season 6 marks the beginning of Series 2. Two years have passed since the Series 1 finale, and most of the Rainbooms, Team Flare, and others, have begun their first terms at Tambelon University, which will be replacing Canterlot High as the primary school setting. Canterlot High will still appear as some episodes will focus on the Cutie Mark Crusaders who are still attending Canterlot High.
It will be made clear to the viewers that Human Shimmer does not like working with the Rainbooms, especially her Equestrian Counterpart and Princess Twilight. She will also make it clear she is becoming increasingly unhappy within the Consortium as she feels her greatness is going unrecognised and unrewarded, feeling that she should not only be the Leader of her team, but that she should be the one being mentored by the organizations Leader - The Supreme Scientist, to take his place upon his retirement.
A few seasons into Series 2, Human Shimmer will snap and go Rogue, believing the Consortium isn't acting in the best interests of Mankind by tolerating Equestria, and with the help of an A.I of her own creation – codenamed DAMOCLES, she begins stealing technology and resources to fuel her own schemes to seal the Equestrian portal and to stop the main Enemies of series 2 – the invading Agents of an alternate reality version of the Technological Consortium, known as the Supreme Command, in what becomes known as the Shattered Glass Universe. It is revealed that long before going Rogue, Human Shimmer established a secret base somewhere, made precisely for an occasion like this. As series 2 progresses however, Human Shimmer will become increasingly more insane and she becomes twisted by jealousy and anger and, eventually, loneliness. By the end of the series though, her Friends will bring her back from the brink of madness, and she will reconcile her differences with the Consortium and rejoin the organization after realizing she was wrong all along, and that Humanity and Equestria can co-exist peacefully.
THE TECHNOLOGICAL CONSORTIUM
The primary recurring antagonists of Series 1, turned Allies in series 2, with a strong presence in every season. The Technological Consortium, or just "The Consortium" for short, is a secret global organization which runs most of what goes on in the world from behind the scenes. They investigate, hunt, and police the mystical and supernatural elements of the world, but they also deal with other threats like Rogue Scientists, AI's, Super Villains, Aliens, dangerous technology and other dangerous elements and natural or unnatural, disasters. Think of the Consortium as a combination of The Men in Black, the SCP Foundation and the Technocratic Union from Mage: The Ascension. Members are often referred to as "Techs" by outsiders, such as the Rainbooms.
The Technological Consortium is lead by it's supreme and enigmatic leader, from a position known as "The Supreme Scientist", who is said to always be the most intelligent and wise Person of their time.
You can read about the Technological Consortium here.
www.deviantart.com/evil-count-…
In my series, the Consortium will frequently be at odds with the Rainbooms and Equestria, who they see as rogue elements and potential threats. The Consortium has been watching the Rainbooms for quite some time, and have been assisting them from behind the scenes in hopes that the Equestrian problem will resolve itself, while taking steps to perform damage control or commit resources to backup plans should the Rainbooms fail. For example, they were prepared to step in during the initial Sunset Shimmer and Midnight Sparkle incidents before those things resolved themselves. Sometimes their assistance was absolutely necessary, such as during the Sirens incident, where they sent one of their young operatives, Vinyl Scratch, to free the Rainbooms and provide them with aid against The Dazzlings. Did you think Vinyl Scratch just so happened to show up with a giant transforming sound-stage equipped car...?

All right, I've got another idea, if you don't like it, I wont bother you anymore. Here goes:
A portal opens in the night and part of The Pony Of Shadows emerges. Suddendly, it's starting to expand, taking the form of a Little boy, with no memory of his former life. Nurse Redheart, who was passing by, finds him unconcious and take him to the nearest hospital. When he wakes up and meet her, he says that he doesn't remember anything. The night after that he was taken away by the Consortium because he has, as the said, an "Unusual Energy". They interrogated him, experimented him and torture him endlesssly; Until, when he had enough, he acquires his pony form: With Bat wings, ears and tail, fangs, claws and cut pupils, unleashing his powers for the fist time, destroying great part of the facility in the process. He took the chance and ran off, finally escaping from their captors (In some point he took a look at himself in a mirror or a river and saw his transformation). The organization made a search for him, but they never found him.
Since that moment, he starts living in the streets, doing anything to survive, until a group of mercenarieas found him stealing their food. When the leader cough him, he saw in his eyes all the pain, the suffering and the loneliness he went through, he takes him to his place and, with help of his fellow partners, raise him as one of them. Years have pass and He acquires the same skills as Deathstroke, Deadshot and Red Hood from DC and finally he choose an name on his own: "Noir MoonSpawn".
As time goes by, he leaned to control his powers, transforming at will. And, in some point, he gains a new ability: Cryokinesis (Cold Powers) and becomes as skilled as Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat. Finally his group belives that it was time for him to inscribe him, so they sent him to Canterlot High to start his education.
One more thing: He's three years older that the Mane 7.
And that's it. I hope you enjoy it. If you don't, thank you for taking your time and Reading my ideas. See ya and good luck.

I'm sorry but that is oddly specific. I have some constructive criticism on your proposals though. The problem with ideas and suggestions such as these is that they are not so much ideas/suggestions for the setting as they are stories in themselves. The trouble with "suggestions" this in-depth is that it would require my story to shift in order to accommodate them, and from a storytelling stance I'd have to return to this character constantly. it sounds like this is a story you all ready came up with at some point in the past.
I hope this rejection doesn't hurt your feelings, but it's always hard to turn someone down on something in a way that isn't hurtful.

I all ready have quite a few things in the works for Seasons 5 and 6, but you're free to make suggestions, though I can't promise I will use anything, particularly if I don't think it fits the theme. For example, no death of main or secondary characters unless they're major villains, Equestria Girls is meant for children and is typically full of good vibes, so I tend to stay somewhat faithful to that, even if things do get a bit serious sometimes.

Thanks. Okay, here's the thing: What about if The Consortium created an Ultimate Life Form a long time ago? Using an extract of The Pony Of Shadows that ended up in the Human World. Then they gave it form: 1st It took a Thestral (BatPony) Form; 2nd a Human Form (A Male). They name him like the Project: "Noir". Full Name: "Noir MoonSpawn". They trained him so hard like the Spartans from "300" that he became cold, ruthless and mercyless. He's a great acrobat (Like Red Hood from DC Comics), he acquires his pony form: With Bat wings, ears and tail, fangs, claws and cut pupils. When he realices that they were using him as a weapon and planning to get him rid of, He manages to escape, lossing his memory in the process. Eventualy, he gets his own magical abillities: Which one would you like it most?: The same as The Pony Of Shadows or Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat?
That's all I got for now. I hope you like it. Feel free to make some changes so it'll make sense. Thanks a lot and see you son.

Sadly the Consortium would not create a magical life-form, especially one so powerful. They would use genetic engineering and cybernetics though, which they have. I all ready had plans for the "X of Shadows" (since it wouldn't be a Pony in this universe) as one of several creatures of the same race. Paralel dimensions, such as the spirit world(Elementals and Spirits), the Spectral Realm(Ghosts) and the Fae realms are planned(Queen Chrysalis is going to be a Fae Queen in this setting), The Consortium calls the science of these beings "Dimensional Science".
I was going to have the X of Shadows and other shadow beings be a part of the Spirit World. What I was going to do was have Spirits "embody" things, like Anger, Fear, Hope, Love, Fire, Air, Trees, Rivers, and so forth, and the Shadow beings are a type of spirit that feeds on negative emotions that can bond to people who strongly emit the emotions they need, which would be what happened with The Pony of Shadows being created from one bonding with whats-his-face from Friendship is Magic.

Your idea is so cool. But, why not? Othe organizations created very powerfull beings: Mewtwo from Pokémon; Shadow The Hedgehog from Sonic; Sephiroth from Final Fantasy; Adam Warlock from Marvel; Bizzarr Superman from DC; ETC. And no matter how supreme their powers were, they were always defeated (After an incredible and amazing battle of course).

The Technological Consortium distrusts magic and the supernatural so they wouldn't create weapons from it. They spend all their time fighting, destroying, imprisoning, policing, regulating and quarantining magical and supernatural things. They see magic and the supernatural as unpredictable, while they see science and technology as tried, proven and reliable.

I was all ready planning to do that. I tend to plan my fan-fiction like a television series, averaging at 6 seasons.
Season 1 - Human Shimmer as main antagonist, Humane 7 and co. are vaguely aware a behind the scenes force is watching and hindering them. They become aware of the Technological Consortium by the end of the season.
Season 2 - The Consortium is taking a more direct approach to the Equestrian Magic problem, presenting the Humane 7 with rules, laws and ultimatums, with the Humane 7 becoming more aware of the Consortium's power, reach and history, as well as where the Human world magic has gone and how it is hunted, oppressed and shackled by the Consortium. The Consortium sends envoys through the portal to politely and diplomatically tell Princess Celestia to keep her stuff on her side. Princess Twilight is forced to be monitored and go through "official channels" to visit her friends in the Human world, Equestrian Shimmer narrowly avoids being deported back to Equestria. We learn Human-Sparkle(Sci-Twi) was originally being groomed by the Consortium to join them while at Crystal Prep Academy and they intended to induct her at graduation. The Humane 7 learn more about the Consortium's goals, ethics and ideology, and on technical terms they find it hard to find fault with, creating a moral grey situation. Humane 7 indirectly cause something terrible to happen in the season finale which angers the Consortium.
Season 3 - The Consortium is actively trying to capture the Humane 7 so they can be stripped of their magic and Equestrian Shimmer sent back through the portal, which is intended to be destroyed by the Consortium. Humane 7 on the run in this season and we get a "world tour" kind of arc where we see more of the world. The Humane 7 periodically encounter other entities that are on the run or in hiding from the Consortium, painting the Consortium as oppressive villains as we explore the Consortiums darker side, or at least, that is how they seem to their victims... We see various magical and scientific outcasts and rebels who have angered the Consrtium and are in hiding or on the run, including supernatural beings like Vampires and Werewolves, Wizards and Witches and scientists who refused to let the Consortium seize their inventions.
Canterlot High is seized and put on lock-down and so is the Equestrian portal. Humane 7 and The Consortium eventually team up to end a supernatural threat which has been building since the first season in the finale, but more on this threat later... The Consortium admits they can probably get along with the Humane 7 and many of their supernatural friends they have made throughout the series, and the two groups start to work together. Human Shimmer still does not like the Humane 7 but respects them now.
Season 4 - The Consortium are allies now and we see the Humane 7 interacting with the organization and it's members on friendlier terms, though old rivalries still remain. Plot and episodic occurrences focus on the Humane 7 and Cosortium learning to get along and dealing with supernatural and technological threats. Sub-plot about Human Sparkle(Sci-Twi) and Rainbow Dash thinking the Consortium is really cool and considering joining.
Season 5 - TBC. Things a bit shaky from here on out since I have not thought things through as much from here on.
Season 6 - TBC. The only thing I've thought about at this point in the story is the final boss of the series.

I was actually going to have the Consortium have that kind of technology, as well as things like artificial intelligence, robots, etc.... if I was going to write a series, the threats would not always be magical in nature, but sometimes technological.
One plot point I was going to go with was that they run Crystal Prep Academy and were nurturing Human Sparkle to join them before she left. Abacus Cinch is still running things from an outpost below Crystal Prep Academy with her daughter Sunny Flare, who is also a member, which is why she has that out of place PIP Boy on her wrist. Indigo Zap and Sour Sweet are also members, and Indigo's absence is explained by her taking part in missions. Sour Sweet is a spy and master of disguise. I hope you can see what I am trying to do with Sour Sweet being a spy.
I will probably do a Technological Consortium character sheet showing off it's members at some point where I will go into major detail on the organization and it's members.
There are also some OC villains I want to do, and some G1 characters I want to bring back, like Hydia the Witch and Mr Moochick.

I have not put as much thought into them so far, though I was going to have it so that Sci-Twi was being groomed by Crystal Prep Academy, which is run by the consortium, to join them, before she transferred. I was going to have a sub-plot about Fluttershy establishing a connection with Fae in Everfree Forest because they feel she is similar to them. Everfree Forest is on quarantine and is basically a "magic preserve" which is monitored by the Consortium.

Yes. I was planning to do something with explaining how time travel works. I don't believe space-time is so badly designed that you can actually change the present, so instead I'd explain that all time-lines co-exist along side each other. For example, if you go back in time to change the present, and then go back to your native time period, nothing will have changed, and instead a new time-line will have come into existence, which some times the time-traveller might find themselves in. Point is, both presents/futures will exist regardless, and if one time-traveller doesn't create that outcome, another will or the event will play out naturally in an alternate time-line where someone made a decision that resulted in that event taking place.

Not that I have contemplated, but probably, but it wouldn't be the nonsensical stuff from Rick & Morty which I suspect you are thinking of, which doesn't know what it's talking about.

I'm familiar with the micro-verse(microcosm) and macro-verse(macrocosm) from Ant-Man and Captain Atom from the comic books.

No. This is getting oddly specific and I think we've said all we need to now.
