Really nice man. The first time i used a G36 was in the 2006 videogame "Black".

Have u though about a second ejection port to support the ambidextrous controls?

No. You can't just make a port on the other side. You would need a mirrored breech and other modifications for that. That's too much effort. Most people are right hander and it's not that relevant like people think, where the ejection is.

I can't say anything that hasn't been said already but seriously, WOW. Not alot of G36 but the pool you dipped into was seriously talent rich on this design!! Please keep it up.

there only one problem i see with this design.
im i left handed shooter, if i tried to fire this thing i'd catch hot brass in the face. apart form that it looks to be a great design.

or the steyr AUG. just switch a small plastic cap and the extractor and you have your brass ejected in whatever direction you want.

All weapons have this problem. You can try to fix it like the developer of the FN2000. They add a kind of tube that transport the shells to front of the weapon but I think that more accident-sensitive. As an alternative, you can attach a flap to push the shells down, or ad a special case.

or do what the aus styer did and put the ejection port on both sides, but your right most weapond do have this problem... accept the FN- p90 with its down faceing ejection port.

That actually looks like a modern day Bulpup with a larger clip with a holo sight... as for the suppressor design LOVED IT.

Absolutely superb overall design. I wouldn't even say this is a G36. Certainly uses STANAG magazines and chambered in 5.56x45mm, 6.5 Grendel, or 6.8 SPC. That's where the commonalities end, all new design here.
I really like the rail/barrel profile being as such that a suppressor will fit inside the diameter of the rail for those half-on half-off suppressor designs.
Suggestions:
I think if you flipped the sights up they wouldn't be on a parallel plane to the bore, or that could be an optical illusion. If not parallel to bore plane, sights won't work.
Bolt release I think would be right in your cheek weld or close to it if you're coming from M4s and shoot nose to charging handle. Maybe do like they did with the ACR and move it very far forward. And have it unlinked from the bolt (this looks like it may reciprocate, so even if it isn't in your face it would probably smack you in the face)
Speaking of cheekweld, looking at where I think my head would end up, I think my teeth would be at about where the rear backup iron is. Maybe move the top rail further forward. Don't think it even needs to be elevated like that. Would give you superior sight over bore ratio. Would make an already awesome design even better. Doing this would also make that front sight shorter, so less prone to snagging and breakage (and IMO it really should be on the rail anyway because they do break and should be easy to replace/swap out).
No need for the "carry handle" nobody actually uses that anyway.
This design is complete enough that with just a few refinements you could get some prototyping going on an actual weapon if you had the capital and desire. Very good work.

The weapon is configurated for close quarter combat, so the ironsights are to (ca. 20m). You have a better accuracy, because the smaler difference in the high between the barrel and the aiming line.
The charging handle dont move. It hold the position during firering. Its only a extension.
A lower top rail is a option.

I've found for CQB the closer my sights are to the barrel the better I can fight. Makes the gun more "pointable" I don't have to think if I want to hit someone in the eyeball I need to aim at the hairline (like with my M4 which has a very high sight over bore). I just point and pull like on my handgun. Still want them parallel to the bore because I'd like to be able to make 200m shots with my CQB rifle. Never know when upon exiting a house you end up in a street fight, or have to start shooting into the house next to you. I'd be certainly taking the low rail option, pulling the stock front sight off, and putting some Troys on the rail.
Non reciprocating charging handle this would work fine. Nothing wrong with where you put it or what you did. Just like everything else suggestions to make it even better from a user's stand point.
Again great design. You should claim it for yourself. Not as a mod of a H&K G36.

I have the same problem with my service weapon, but i dont have the option to change the sight. Sometimes thats very anoying.
I change a few things now. The holosight and ironsights are now lower and displaced to the front. Thats definetly the easy and better way to improve the accuracy.

Awesome changes.
Prototype time!
Best looking weapon design I've seen on here, or anywhere in quite some time. Last one I felt that way about was the original Masada from Magpul.
