For the sword, i did try to make the handle from fabric, but maybe i picked the wrong brush XD

This looks FANTABULOUS. WOW. JUST AMAZING. NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE THIS MAGNIFICENT. Kind of wish I could draw a bit better >.< I AM INSPIRED TO TRY DRAWING IN DIFFERENT WAYS NOW. Really though, maybe it's because I like ice or blue or something. But honestly, you are a fantastic drawer. I really think you are talented. Yes 300 is a well known movie in America. It was probably famous in part because of how it took historical accuracy and tried to use it until they broke it.

Well, it was fantasy in that 300 Spartans could not kill 90,000 Persians! Although I think history says they killed a lot of Persians before they died, and history has battles where small forces beat much larger ones.

They even made a parody of that movie where all kinds of celebrities got kicked into that hole.

Hi there! I'm from 's comment tag, and my tag word was "ice" ^^
First of all, I really love the composition of this piece. The way that you draw the viewer's eye to the character in the center using the icicles and blades is very clever. The pose is extremely effective in conveying his struggle, with the way he's crouched defensively but still clutching his sword, like he's still willing to fight despite being knocked down! I think the expression illustrates his struggle extremely well too, especially with his eyes that are narrowed in determination. The background is done extremely well with the swirl of snowflakes and mist. I also like the blurred effect of the chains whipping around him. It really adds another dimension to the chaos of the snow storm around him!
One way to add to the intensity of this picture would be to draw the character's hair in more disarray. From the way the snowflakes are flying in the background, it looks like there is a very strong wind. However, the character's bangs are falling straight down on his face, and only a few strands appear to be blowing; perhaps drawing the hair whipping around more wildly in the air would make him fit into the environment even more. Another thing I notice is that the character's right hand (the one that's closest to the top of the sword) is significantly larger than his left hand. I make this mistake all the time, but with practice it will become easier to remember to keep the hands in the same proportion.
Overall, nice work on this piece. The feeling of intensity and struggle in this picture is very well expressed, and I love the attention to detail you put into the background. Amazing job!
