You should try changing the opacity of the lineart.
It should give it a more realistic look

Uhm, op twee layers doe je de schaduw en de highlights maken door heel veel lijnen te zetten in haarrichting. In t begin leg ik uit welke brush ik gebruik
Ik denk nie dat ik t beter uit kan leggen dan dit.

I wish my hand was steady enough to try your way to do draw and shade manes/hair, it looks very nice. Good advice with the highlights though, I tend to overdo it, lol. I like the way you use the dodge tool for that however, I will definitely try that! Very shiny ^_^

You should totally do one on how you make the white markings, and how to color lineart in photoshop.

About the white markings (or any markings with clear edges) I use the pen tool to make the shape of them, then make a selection of that shape and colour it in
Lineart I don't actually colour.... I just make them 'see-through' by putting opacity on 50 or 25%

Awesome, I really love the way that you do your manes and tails! It has such a nice, flowy look to it. I'm definitely going to try it next time
My one crit has to do with grammar, a few times you say area's, it's supposed to be areas. 's only needs to be used when saying 'area is'...Yeah, very small thing that doesn't even matter
