This is the close-up of my second entry for the picnic contest.Just a few words about the tiny things seen in here:
Everything is made out of Fimo (liquid), pastel chalk, acrylic paints and varnish.
Only the hook of the small tripod (like the one Sam uses to make rabbit soup with taters) is made with wire, the glass bowl of the fruit salad is made of plastic and the blanket is a piece of old fabric.

Oh my god that is sooo amazing! Their is soooo much detail! How on earth did you do the cut up tomatoes? I have TONS of problems trying to work with canes!

i made a tutorial for the tomatoes which you can try. i would advise you not to use too much clay because if the cane goes wrong you've got much of the strange coloured clay. one cane is really enough for a long time. until now, i never made a second cane of any of the fruits.

yes, it sounds just like that page in the aim magazine where they print sentences taken out of context like 'i'm missing my bag of arms, have you seen it?'.
