Here's my Ice Cream Stand which I've been working on in the last two weeks. I made all my favourite types of ice cream and accessoires. The whole thing was inspired by an ice cream stand (though not a blue one^^) in Menton/France which I saw during my holidays. Because ice cream originates from Italy, I used the italian terms, I hope they're not too wrong
I used balsa wood, acrylic colours, clay and glue.
As always, critique is very welcome.

actually it's not too hard. It involves quite a bit of squishing and mushing and you and your hands will look colorful afterwards

This is absolutely adorable! c: it has so much character, and the ice cream itself look so inviting! Makes me want a scoop right now ^^ but when don't i want ice cream? XD You glazed these right? Could you tell me the type you used and the brand? I've never used it before and im still learning on how using this polymer clay stuff, and hoping to reach the levels of artists like you someday

thank you. yes, I glazed them. I used different types/brands but mostly cheapo materials. I think the glossy one was enamel glaze, often used for mini models. it's not that cheap (around 2-3 Euros) but a small bottle lasts almost a lifetime plus you can dilute it (e.g. with nailpolish remover) so it does not dry. still other gloss would work just as well and waterbased it generally better to work with.
don't worry you can do it. only in some very rare cases more expensive materials make better art, generally use whatever is around, that's what makes the true artist
