Watercolor on paper.

This one started out as a sketch I made on the flight from BWI airport to San Diego this past summer for Comic Con. I decided to paint him when I got back to DC. Instead of a "traditional" familiar I went with a basset hound. I just figured the basset hound would make a perfect familiar - he's loyal and good at finding things like herbs and ingredients for potions with his nose.

Is this fellow a druid, a wizard or an alchemist? Maybe all three. What do you think?

Then the only suggestion I would have is soak some nose plugs in perfume and put them in right before bed.
