BLOOD BOWL PRESS WIRE - Pemberton Road defeated the Chaos All-Stars by a score of 1-nil. It was the first defeat for the Chaos All-Stars in 36 matches.Star Player Hagler Knockbone won game MVP with four knockdowns, five knockouts and three casualties, including one particularly gruesome death where the bugbear ripped off one Chaos Warrior's arm and pummeled him senseless with it.
The Chaos All-Stats offense was rendered ineffective due to their inability to put 11 players on the pitch after halftime.

I got into Blood Bowl recently and between that and the NFL Draft last weekend I got an idea and rolled with it. The background is white because I wanted to design the illustration like a real Star Player card from the tabletop game. I had a lot of fun fiddling around with coloring in Painter. I almost forgot how much I love that program.

Wow, I really like your detail shading and crisp line work! Awesome piece! ^^ I really love his big feet in comparison to his hands. The upper body with the chest hair and trail down his abs is awesome too. ^^

Very nice work - especially on the shading of the colours, it adds realism to your more stylistic approach. The anatomy is pretty good too, though the arms look a little awkward and he could do with a few creases in his trousers maybe.

YAY Bloodbowl! The only game that takes Warhammer Fantasy and combines it with Football AND Rugby to make a game where it is not only possible to butcher your opponents, but is encouraged!
