i ended up getting it to work, i just had to use my sister's laptop- my computer is stupid *flips table*

that's because you must use at least 15 kb if more the 15 kb you can't use it~

It'll look like better quality if you save it as a .PNG or .GIF; the JPEG extension tends to blur the pixels together slightly and won't keep transparency.
