Description
just a quick tutorial showing the diffrence between where my pixel art starts and ends.Zooming in when doing pixles will help you a lot. MS PAINT is epic since it also lets you have a preview of the original size as you work on it.
IM NO PRO, so I suggest you who want to actually learn it for real and learn it well click here -> www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forumβ¦

Push the num-lock button and hold ctrl - or + to change the size beyond the 4 options.

Do you start out with a sketch before you draw the icon? Or do you start from scratch?
which is better ;v;

It depends on what you make details are pointless to sketch. Shapes can be good to sketch. But I still sketch at 50x50 size

What do you use to change the image size? Or do you do it 50x50?

everything looks bad in-between drawing, especially with me, but if you keep on drawing it'll look much better

you poke pixels so the line looks smoother, as in the shape of it doesnt look like it is steel xD ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN

Is it like "redrawing" parts of it?

griffsnuff In reply to Poohisloved [2013-12-11 07:00:18 +0000 UTC]
you move pixels around til it looks smoother, like poking them onto the canvas not drawing them as a new stroke
