Seriously? I even put the three diffrent dots beside eachother to show the diffrent ones, its not that hard,try alittle harder, even a 10 year old that i showed this to got it xD

she's showing the layers for the wanted effect, every dot is a different layer. The explanation for tools and stuff you should search and learn from OTHER tutorial.. This is Glow effect tutorial, not tool tutorial.

I didn't need tool turtorial i needed to knowhow to get it i could use whatever tool i wanted and still get the smae effect. i just need to know how to do it.

Dont need photoshop to do this xD You can do it with any program, The basic idea for this tutotial works with all, you just have to do it alittle diffrent in some programs that doesnt have a brush tool

Thats cool but I've never drawn anything in digital..It was always traditional for me.Anyway that tutorial is full of awesome.I've always wondered what would make glowy stuff better then I discovered this tutorial you've made and I was like "Oh my gawd!This is the best glow effect tutorial ever".
