How did you animate this :3 I'm very curious what your tactic was! I'm mean as a professional "Gamemaker" (I don't know exactly the word for your job) how do you make this?

I used ps's animation tab, moving the pixels with the cut and transform tools X//d. Though with gif making you have to double check it make sure there isn't any white dots speckled around so youd have to edit as ya go
