"Justice League International"

Something has happened to the world, and only three people seem to realize it: time traveler Rip Hunter, 25th century girl next door Goldstar, and Booster Gold, the greatest hero you've never heard of.

In an instant, everything these three thought they knew about the world changed forever. Individuals have either had their history changed, or completely wiped clean. While no one knows how this 'reboot' began, the three have decided that they are going to dedicate their lives to finding who is responsible and force them to change it back.

Well...most of them.

Rip Hunter has elected to began traveling through time, seeing if it somehow had a ripple effect, and somehow changing the point of impact.

Goldstar has chosen to take on of Rip's time bubbles and begin exploring the 52 alternate universes, seeing if there could be any other-worldly effect on the reboot (more on her later).

Booster, however, has another idea...

Always wanting to be the hero he knows he can be, he sees this as his chance to finally change things once and for all. He looks on as his world around him begins to take shape. The coming of Super-Man. The new Batman. CHECKMATE's debut. But one thing has been left out. Something...international.

Now, against the wishes of Bruce Wayne and CHECKMATE, Booster has begun creating his own Justice League based on his friends and family from his own JLI days.

...it does not go well.

Ted Kord never became a superhero. Ralph and Sue Dibny are part of the new Guardians. Captain Atom is a New God. From his old team, all he could find were the team of Fire and Ice (who suddenly have a new...lifestyle).

Oh well...when life gives you lemons...

Booster, along with Fire, Ice, and his robotic companion Skeets, forges forward to create his own league, still bringing along a few familiar faces from around the world:

From El Paso, Texas, Jaime Reyes aka The Blue Beetle.

From England, Knight, The Batman of London.

From Japan, Katanna, the world's greatest swordfighter.

From Russia, Rocket Red.

Along with Guy Gardner, the proclaimed new-leader of the Red Lantern Corps (more on the Corps later), Booster finds himself the leader he always wanted to be...

...too bad it just happens to be with the most un-trusted superhero team in the world today.

Nevertheless, they are the Justice League International.
