I really hate this episode, but my least favorite is "The Big Cheese" seriously I couldn't take the little twat anymore and wanted the show to get rid of him.

A guilty pleasure. I like him as an audience because I find his jokes funny, but yeah, dislike him because he can make some pretty obnoxious gags.

Going by your original rules, if you liked a few of the gags shouldn't it be abhorrent?

There were enough bad moments to make it notorious. even with the jokes, they're really minor in this case.
