Description
A recent commission for a fellow who asked me to draw three scenes from the classic novel "The Count of Monte Cristo" but featuring the Muppets Kermit, Pepe, Gonzo and Waldorf. Very fun to do because of the subject matter, and because it allowed me to dust off my hatching technique, which I don't get to use as much these days.Related content

I've read the book a couple of times, and kudos to you and your commissioner for involving the Muppets in it. Not sure which characters you'd use for Cristo's three main enemies--a banker, a judge, and a general (the fourth gets dispatched quickly). I'm guessing Gonzo as the general here. Nice work, and can the Muppets' version of The Three Musketeers be too far behind?
