Okay, what is this guy's deal anyway? He seems to have come to harass those who have taken some role in defending Equestria, and prevent them from dealing with all ongoing threats. That's an odd goal for somepony who is theoretically part of the Guard.

The way I figure it, no matter how strong a unicorn is, it still takes a brief moment to complete a spell. In that moment a pegasus as strong and fast as Sunstripe could stop him before he casts it. Something of a Mexican stand off.

Well, it's the first one I've ever had, so I don't have anything to base it's functionality on, but it works okay for me. I just adjust the darkness and contrast until it looks like it does on paper, and boom.
