How is this bad? 437 people seemed to have enjoyed it. I'd say that's a smashing success.
Perhaps instead of giving me fail insults you could instead tell me what is you don't like and what I can do to improve on this little guide.

Whoa now. Maybe we could calmly and politely give a nice critique. For example; if I dislike this tutorial, I would tell `b0r3d13 something constructive, like this:
"This tutorial has a good premise, but I have some issues with it. I really dislike that light blue text on the white background, I would have used something a little darker for more contrast. I also find that your handwriting is hard to read. I would like to recommend that next time you do a tutorial like this, find an actual image to use as an illustration instead of your hand-drawn illustrations, as it would look more professional." (entirely fictional comment)
See how I tell him what I don't like and tell him how he can improve? That how you are supposed to critique someone.

The MCP is a certification program by microsoft. It's simple enough that 12, or even 7 year olds are able to pass the test. Nobody really gives a shit about it except corporate HR reps who don't know wtf they're talking about.

I agree with this completely. I've never written a tutorial, but when I look at one, I want one that looks nice and is understandable. And I'll be sure to remember this when I start making tutorials. Epic win on this by the way.
