Why Monsterverse Godzilla looks smaller than usual and equal in size with MGodzilla G2K?
Both look 55 meters in height, Monsterverse Godzilla is at least over 100 feet.

Millennium Godzilla was the second Godzilla film I went to see on the big screen.
The first was Godzilla vs. Megalon waaaaaay back in '74? And that didn't have the "whoa" of 2000.

Oh you blessed man, I was a little over a decade late to Megalon but grew up loving it to death. I still hope to catch it on the big screen one of these years at G-Fest, but they don't tend to show a lot of the Showa movies at the theater they reserve.

I was four at the time, but watching Godzilla and Jet Jaguar throw down with Megalon and Gigan was great. It made the '76 King Kong feel like a let down (what, only a giant anaconda? no T-rex?)

Thanks yo, to be honest it was kind of my desperate attempt to just get a one-shot done. Been working so much I've only really had time to work on pencil lines for some of my private graphic novel projects, was itching to just get SOMETHING else done

You pretty much hit the nail on the head with this I don't get why people fat shame Godzilla.
I mean for god sake he is a giant Monster without all that bulk he wouldn't look so powerful much like the slim fastGoji (aka FinalGoji)
That is like saying Hulk would look better if his muscles were slim and lean

The problem is that it makes him slow as molasses. This is really bad for a hand to hand fighter like him. Heisei can get away with being super slow because everyone in Heisei spams beams and is inept at hand to hand(barring Heisei Ghidorah). 2014 suffers though from not using his breath that often for some reason and being very slow, leaving brute strength his only recourse when compared to speedier melee Godzilla's like Showa or Final Wars. And even in brute strength, he's not anymore impressive than Showa when proportioned correctly.
The best comparison to 2014 is early 60's Godzilla, the one who fought King Kong, Mothra, and Rodan. Both are slow hand to hand fighters that don't exactly use their breath weapon freely.

Heisei Ghidorah was the master of neck-flailing and beam spamming to the power of 3, from what I recall seeing in an old Godzilla movie I found on Netflix.

Beam spam yes, but not really neck flailing. That was Showa Ghidorah who couldn't hit the broadside of the barn because of the way his heads jerked around.

I always thought that the Legendary version of Godzilla wasn't fat but instead was like the Kingpin in that only two percent of his body mass was fat......and that the rest was pure muscle. LOL Still this is awesome.
