I always loved the legendary look of Godzilla he's my second favorite version , the milenium version is my 3rd favorite also but the finals wars version is my all time favorite

Godzilla 2000 would most likely win as he might be smaller but he is one of the most aggressive Godzilla in the series

He is literally less than half the size and Godzilla 2014 is the most durable and physically powerful Godzilla in the franchise. The only edge Godzilla 2000 has is his atomic breath, but I don't think that's going to do much considering G14 tanked the Permian Extinction at ground-zero.
