Near Wheeler, TX

An approaching storm moves slowly across the plains as sunset falls over an old homestead in a young wheat field. The clouds above are the warm air thunderstorm inflow as it passes overhead. Picture was taken looking directly west into the sun as it squeezed through the surrounding clouds. At this point, it began to sprinkle and I was flying by the seat of my pants trying to capture the amazing spectacle, color, and light as it changed rapidly.
