Awesome.

You realy should include the fact that you can create emotes on ms paint using a freeware package called unFREEz. For those of us saving up for a car instead of buying software for our $40 comps we bought off our friends cus they bought a better computer.

LeoLeonardo In reply to Matayu [2007-03-21 09:07:17 +0000 UTC]

I'd love to, but I have never even heard of that unFREEz program you mentioned, so I doubt I'd be able to write up how to use it very well. Besides, it's not like I payed for Photoshop anyways.

Great job! People will find this very useful, and it was nice to see how you do your emotes.

One question, why do you use Image Ready? I'm really bad at planning so I end up using Photoshop to add new layers and animate my emotes. Is there any advantage in using Image Ready?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

LeoLeonardo In reply to deejaylobo [2007-03-20 21:20:55 +0000 UTC]

ImageReady is an extension of Photoshop. It works the same in 99% of the features, except it's easier to work with animation in ImageReady.

Thanks! I'll try it for my next few emotes.

A lot more sense than opening ImageReady and than staring to the screen like you don't know what to do.

Nicely done. The methods are layed out well and clearly stated. I wish I had this one when I started out.

You may not know this, but I used your first guide to make some of my first emotes.

Nice job,I myself don't have the nescessary programs to animate, but this seems helpful for those who do.....

Now I think I just might get into that field............. this is one of many things making me want to,nice job, breaks everything down nicely.

Well done.

A nice sequel to part one.

Thanks, I'm glad you like it, even it it doesn't specifically help you. :3

SeiferAlmasy911 In reply to LeoLeonardo [2007-03-20 19:50:02 +0000 UTC]

Yup,I think it was pretty well done. And it's one of the more recent reasons why I've been thinking about animations, probably won't go into it but this was a nice deviation to find..........

I'm sure it'll help some one some where down the line.
