i know the daleks and cyberman, love it: it gives me chills... but i dont know what the third one is? what is that boxy robot and what episode is it in? its gonna drive me batty otherwise

That's a Quark, from the 2nd Doctor story 'The Dominators'. Perhaps the most ridiculous killer robots ever devised!
The Dominators isn't a particularly good story, but the Quarks had some potential, which I've explored here and with my more recent redesign: [link]

Well, it's hard to resist an image of the Doctor's enemies, with a lovely, lovely Cyberman right in the middle. I wholeheartedly love the Cybermen.
