Blimey, but this was a tough one to layout of the page. I wanted to show the tools but, well, that makes it quite hard to line the views up! Hope it all shows up well on your screen.
This was a fun, if frustrating build. Expect beauty shots soon!
Mechonoid and Doctor Who belong to the BBC.

At the moment, it's just the pictured panels, plus the elevating eyes. I did consider adding something to the others, but the model is already quite complicated. I might come back and add something later though (I'm thinking spot-lamps or just plain maintenance panels).

What types of tools dose it have on the arms? I see a fire extiguisher, claws, lazer saw, & the flame throwere like Mechanoid weapon.

Top row: Laser torch, claw, shears, spray/glue gun, claw, claw, drill, buzz saw, claw
Bottom row: Fine manipulators, claw, spade, shovel, claw, claw, extinguisher, bolt/screw driver, claw
But they can all be replaced with different tools, as needed, or at least that's the idea.

Obviously. I was referring to the heavy mechanical arms hidden behind flush geometric panels, which definitely weren't part of the original 60s design.
