I've been tinkering again. Based on the Psyche Dalek from one of the 7th Doctor comic strips. But with 100% less fish-bowl-headedness.Daleks et al belong to the BBC and Terry Nation.

One quick question though:
Does it have the ability to control the minds of its victims?

Not sure but probably. I think in the comic it appeared in, it was used to control Robomen, who are already augmented to accept Dalek control, but I guess if it focused really hard, it could snare someone normal's mind.

Yeah, pretty much. But rounded off a bit to fit with the NDP aesthetic and losing that silly third lamp.

Third lamp = looks silly to me. Ring of lamps on Dalek Emperor = looks less silly to me.

Giant head on stumpy body looks silly (except when you do it and a handful of other artists between dA and YouTube). Come on, you don't see any irony in your issues with three lamps over, like, six?

Issues? What issues? I don't think it looked good. I think it looked tacked on (though maybe that had more to do with the blocks they stacked them on). I think it's the symmetry, which just looks off to me.
