Dr. Robotnik or Dr. Eggman's pokemon
Using others for his deeds comes very naturally to him.

Aggron- This massive pokemon began as an innocent little Aron. Aron befriended the Dr. when he wondered into the cave for shelter. Dr. Eggman trained him and they have had many battles. He is fighting for the freedom of all pokemon. He also likes to smash the doors of the places of where the Dr. needs to go.

Absol- (the Disaster pokemon) It strikes fear into the hearts and mind of the people making them flee into their houses or run for the hills.

Metagross- (The super computer pokemon) This is Dr. Eggman's goto pokemon to calculate his plan of success.

Rotom- This mighty little pokemon has the ability to posses electronics, which Dr. Eggman uses to intimidate his foes. Rotom's ability to transform into other forms gives him the ability to have more than 4 attacks.

Druddigon- A fearsome dragon pokemon that dominates the sky with it's loud flapping and speed diving. It appearing with Absol adds to the terror feeling of impending dread.

Golurk- Ground ghost pokemon looks like an ancient golem. because of it's large size, most people and pokemon are foolishly tricked into attacking it physically in which these attacks go right through it. It can add to the terror effect by phasing through walls and interacting with objects, also it's distinct walking noise sends shivers up even the most confident of pokemon.
