yeah, but you have to draw the line somewhere. I guess they weren't added because they are part of the X universe and because of the confusion it might cause because the ZX series either character can be the main hero.

ZX takes place after X and Zero where as Legends, Starforce, and NT warrior are on different time lines all together. Really I think they weren't included just because ZX threw the name Megaman around so much I think everyone you fight in the game has that as their tittle.
