Legal: all stuff belongs to Capcom.Mega Man 4 gave us:
-The charge shot. This really should have been in Mega Man 3 because of Heat man's charge ability but oh well.
-the under-utilized Wire weapon, it could have had so many uses. I call it a weapon because you CAN hurt enemies with it.
-the return of Item-1 in the form of Balloon. Again another under utilized item.
-the way Rush Jet behaved. Instead of being able to go anywhere you wanted, rush jet now flies forward when you step kind of like Item-2. Except you can control the height by pressing up or down when you are on Rush.... which i guess is more realistic.

don't worry about it, you're not missing much. 7 was the best. 8 is good but the first part of wily castle stage 1 is hardcore evil. but once you get to the mid-way marker it's pretty much a cakewalk. and i have yet to play 9. Although i will be downloading it soon.
