Smuppet Plushie Sewing Tutorial PART 1I made this pattern and tutorial to help you make your own Smuppet plushies. I would consider this an Intermediate sewing project, and can be done completely by hand if you do not have a sewing machine. Please read all instructions before buying, cutting, or sewing anything.

Technically you can make it out of anythingΒ

You could, technically, make them out of felt. However, I suggest making them from another fabric (such as fleece) as felt does not wear well. It's cheap for a reason and for the time you'll invest in this project I would go with a fabric that will survive much longer.

i figured out how to make the nose vibrate.
you take a hex bug, one of the tiny ass ones, and cut off all the rubber. it will leave a little vibrating pill left.
you don't sew up the nose all the way, instead you make a tiny pocket, big enough for the bug to fit in, and sew it into the bottom of the nose, making a tiny pocket.
this allows you to take out the hex bug to clean the smuppet/turn it off and on.
