I've been meaning to make this tutorial for a while!This is how I make fursuit eyes. There really isn't a wrong way to do things as long as it looks good, is durable, and provides good vision though, so don't take this as an end-all, be-all method. Experimenting is half the fun of making costumes!
Hopefully the infographic provides enough explanation, but if you have any questions, definitely feel free to ask.

I have bought from here and I can vouch for the quality. .03-.04 thickness is what I prefer, any thinner and it warps with the heat from the hot glue. Any thicker and it start becoming really hard to cut.
• Suede for eyelids: [link]
My secret to this? Swatches. Buy whatever fur you need for the costume and grab a swatch of the suede you want for the eyelids for a nominal fee. Their swatches are plenty large to get a pair of eyelids from. :3
The acrylic paint can be bought at any craft store, you don't have to go expensive with this. Same with paint pens.

Seeing this, I realized I was over thinking the eye plan for my suit. Thank you for this. XD I was so worried how to do it. Now I know what I need to do.

Buckram is fabulous, now my question is, have you tried like... buckram as the irises/eyes and hard plastic as scleras? I think people use bowls (which sounds so odd to me cause I have no clue how to cut that) for the scleras/whites of the eyes.
Also as someone else asked, are these follow me?

If you read the tutorial you will see I do indeed use plastic for the schleras. These are not following effect eyes.

Wow!! Amazing! But....I could never understand how you can see through them. What fabric do you use to help you see in your fursuit head?

the buckram is see through even after you've colored it.

I just cant figure out which one I should get, (this is my first fursuit)
Should I get loosely woven or tightly woven? Which one did you get?

When I bought some a couple years ago, there was only one option in stock, so I dunno. If there's a way to get samples, I advise getting samples of both and trying them out.

I think I can only buy a full thing, but since its only like a dollar and some odd cents for a square foot I'll think I'll get both and thry them out

It's sort of lucky draw there... mine USED to carry really nice fur every now and again, but they downsized and they've only had really poor quality fur for the past four years or so. I think some still have good fur, apparently I'm just unlucky, so I buy all my fur online.

When doing lighter colors (such as yellow) do you recommend a way to paint the back black without it showing through? I can't seem to get it to work for me!

Works for me, maybe you're using a thinner buckram or maybe your yellow paint is really transparent.

At Joanne's (the area my grandparents are in at least) they have a clearance area for unused foam I believe...
