Description
Her name is Aurora and has a bit of a reputation for getting into trouble, not that she is ever to blame. however, she doesn't exactly try to avoid it either.I have done any serious work with Aiko4 mainly because... well I don't have any outfits for Aiko4. So I decided to take on a little project to make one (or more).
This outfit of many belts and little daggers was completely modeled in wings3D and then brought into poser for rigging.
I had fun doing this and will do some more as I keep learning quite a bit everytime I take on one of these little tasks.

Absolutely lovely. Not just a fantastic rendering, but I really like the armor design. I wish my in-game rogues could sport this look!

Nice. I could also picture her in this with a black cloak pulling daggers out of her sleaves and flinging them at some poor shmuck.
Good work on this one!

A very distracting outfit... "Stop looking at her butt and catch that darn thief!"
Must be hell to put on though

Lots of belts indeed. I like the materials you used.

Now if I could just figure out how people get tight clothes to work around the knee and elbow joints........

All you need to do is add more edges at the areas that suffer more deformations - like the ones you've mentioned. The edge flow should allow the geometry to bend to the proper direction for more realistic posing. You can use the base figure's edge flow for a reference, since the closer you get to it, the less likely the pokethrus at the critical ares.

I believe modeling works best when done "backwards", because the edge flow should anticipate how the model will bend after rigged for animation.

I wont argue. I just don't have enough experience to have a feel for it yet.

I think it's a good idea to observe the edge flow of existing Poser figures to see how elbows, knees, and finger knuckles bend. That is the kind of edge flow you are looking for.

Alright...
DAYAM! That is some intricate stuff! WOWEE! How many polys did that come in at? It looks around 55,000 to 65,000.
That just rules. It thrills me to death to see you doing stuff like this! WOOOOHOOOOO!
Kick-ass. Just kick-ass.
Are you going to release this as a sell item or freebie?
You could sell this on Rendo for big money.

Probably could, but this outfit is not poser friendly.
I still haven't mastered the knee and elbow joints. I have a lot of problems in those areas with pokethrough.
I don't even want to think about the poly count.....

One fantastic utility I use is Obj2Cr2 by PhilC. That works fantastically on objects...that DON'T have millions of polys!
It does look like it would set my CPU on fire just loading it up!
Dammit, why must it look SO COOL?

I have to agree, combined with some good textures of leather and maybe areas of chain, I am convinced you could sell this product.
Maybe contact DAZ3D about it?
Also there are a couple of good textures who would add textures of their own. Its nice and original.
I also like the free toes for better climbing?

Oh man... Chains would have been a good idea.
Yep, the free toes was for better agility.
