Description
I find myself wanting to push my boundaries, the boundaries of what others perceive to be art. I remember years ago while working on a piece, questioned "why is the wolf's face blue?" (the blue part in question was in shadows, had a semi-realistic blue tinge). Since then I've wanted to push things, turn reality into something a little more exciting.Black and white zebras? Not in my head. A fun thing about being an artist is that you can form your own reality with your work. C:
Can't decide how I feel about black velour paper, I'm thinking its time to give it a rest and use my other colours. Its challenging to get a satisfactory level of contrast.

I love how you put yellow and blue tints into the black and brown of the zebras stripes. Its a very enjoyable contrast. Very well done.

I don't think it photographed well, but the blacks have so many colours, its almost a dark rainbow
