Most of the body and kit on him is various GI Joe Sigma toy parts pulled together and repainted. Most of the work, beside repainting, went into finding a better part for the right gauntlet (some spare part from my junk box), put it on and repainted it.

The helmet was a Boba Fett Pez dispenser topper that I hollowed out, customized a little in the design and put on. There are actually a few pictures somewhere in my gallery of him holding it-it fit over the base head pretty well!
