Description A Flash Animation Tutorial for people who have never used Macromedia Flash before and totally drown in the technicalities
of all those tutorials online.

I hope it will be useful... I'm often a bit chaotic when it comes to explaining things ^_^;

Good thing this tutorial has about 100 screenshots o_o

Or see HORRIBLE mistakes in this tutorial.

This is amazing, I'm getting Flash soon and I looked at this to get an idea of how to use Flash. And now I know all of the basics!

Question: Can you load images from Illustrator into Flash to use in your animations instead of drawing them in Flash?

You can load .ai, .psd, .gif, .swf, .jpeg, .png, etc... into Flash. You do not have to draw in Flash if you prefer other programs. Illustrator gives you better control for vectors. Here is the Help file about supported file types from Adobe: [link]

dankje echt heel handig , maar hoe kun je het uploaden? ik zit al een heletijd te proberen. eerst (in de categorie flash) "verkeerde categorie", doe ik 'm in een andere zecht 'ie weer "verkeerde categorie, hoort in flash"
da werkt niet echt mee heb ik het idee...

Thanks for making this! I just got Flash and I feel a lot better acquainted with it after going through (most of) these steps. I wound up with a panda and a UFO floating surrealy through a field of grass at night. XD I have no idea. But hey, I has learned! : D
