Another great tutorial Mark, I am reading this and saying to myself - ah so this is how you should draw Β
I am learning so much from these, but I can see that from the beginning you are a gifted artist, your 'rough sketches' are the most that many of us can only hope to achieve, the rest is just showing off Β

Thanks bud, i always plan the piece out before i start. A photo reference can sit on my desktop for a while and i will draw the thing in my head Β a few times before i evenΒ start on the paper. that's just the way i do it andΒ i thought it would be fun to share how my mind plans a drawingΒ I would love to see everybody do a walkthrough like this so i can get a look inside your heads to see the process you all go through and why when you create your art, i'm sure there would be an abundance of methods to draw creative knowledge and ideas from for us all to use.Β

I'm looking for advice on that myself. I've tried various things (art wise) but I'm definitely not proficient enough to guide anyone with my techniques. With each drawing I seem to find a new way of laying the pencil down, greatly influenced by yourself and others I follow regularly.
